Crème de cocoa and crème de menthe blend with ice cream to create a creamy, irresistible dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 30 g (¼ cup) ice cubes
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) milk
  • 120 g (½ cup) vanilla nonfat yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon crème de menthe
  • 1 tbsp (1 Tablespoon) white crème de cocoa

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
