Baileys Eggnog

Toast to the holidays with this creamy cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 75 ml (2½ fluidounce) Bailey's Irish Cream Liquer
  • 150 ml (5 fluidounces) milk
  • 1 vanilla bean, split
  • 70 g (½ cup) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place eggs and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
  4. Blend for 5 seconds.
  5. Add the Baileys, milk, vanilla bean, and ice to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  6. Select Variable 1.
  7. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
  8. Blend for 20 to 25 seconds.
  9. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and garnish with a ground cinnamon stick, if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
