Creamy Chocolate Mousse


A quick and easy chocolate mouse that your guests will love.



500mL Thickened Cream.
2 tsp Coffee liqueur, e.g Kahlua, Tia Maria, etc.
1/3 cup Powdered Chocolate.
Grated Chocolate to serve.



  1. Place cream, liqueur and powdered chocolate in the Vitamix Wet Blade Container.
  2. Secure lid and select Variable Speed 1.
  3. Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to Variable Speed 4 or 5.
  4. Run machine for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and thick.
  5. Divide mixture amongst serving glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until required.
